Why we use it
- To match trucks with loads and arrange each trip.
- To verify transporters and drivers before they carry cargo.
- To pay transporters and invoice shippers.
- To handle claims, disputes and legal obligations such as tax records.
Who we share it with
We share only what a booking needs: a shipper sees the truck, driver and contact details for their load, and a transporter sees the loading and delivery contacts. We may share data with insurers, payment providers and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Forms on this website open WhatsApp with your details filled in. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep trip, payment and verification records for as long as tax and transport law requires, and delete or anonymise the rest when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and object to how it is used. Contact the dispatch desk to make a request. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
